Every plan is designed to use truss roof systems & TJI or BCI floor joists with reasonable spans (may be substituted for dimensional lumber or floor trusses at builder’s discretion). Each home is designed to not waste money in components (roof & floor systems) while also not sacrificing any curb appeal.

Unlike some other sites selling house plans from designers all over the world, every House Wiser home is designed by the same designer. Every design has been created with purpose and all construction plans are created with the same level of attention & detail.
